Owen likes to play with (eat) just about anything he can get his hands on. Enter milk jug.


Climbing over Red is now one of Owen's favorite things to do, and Red, despite the hairpulling and ultrasonic squeals, takes it like a pro. We couldn't have asked for a better dog to have with Owen. Now, Steadman the Cat on the other hand....


Owen likes the slide a lot. He does very well at going down by himself and has a big smile everytime at the end of it. Here he is checking out some of the other talent.

This is Owen's first chance to touch a butterfly at the Oregon Zoo (unfortunately the butterfly had perished earlier that day). That's one of his expressions that we see throughout the day, I really like seeing him concentrate like that. Must be weird to touch a butterfly for the first time.

Happy Anniversary to Us.

Well, what better way to celebrate our anniversary than to have a glass of Tualatin Estates '03 Pinot Noir (the vineyard where we were married in 2003). Being the doting husband that I am I was rinsing out a Riedel glass when I busted it on my finger. Off to the emergency room where they put some superglue on it and sent me on my way (at 3:00 in the morning). The slice encompasses 180° of the circumference of my finger and was just shy of the bone.
In case you are wondering this is my shooting finger, but my clients need not worry, I have 9 other ones waiting to take it's place.
